With several venues and concert halls in the region, El Paso, Las Cruces and Southern New Mexico are often a stop for national touring acts. Local symphonies, dance troops and theatre groups also provide entertainment year round.

Aug 15 – Ronnie Dunn
8:00pm – Inn of the Mountain Gods, Ruidoso
Best known for being half of the duo Brooks & Dunn, Dunn began working as a solo artist in 2011. He released his self-titled debut album in June of 2011, reaching top 10 with its lead-off single "Bleed Red." More information available at www.innofthemountaingods.com or 800-545-9011.

Aug 15 – Wheeler Brothers
8:00pm – The State Line, El Paso

Aug 18 – Vicki Lawrence & Mama - Two Woman Show
2:00pm and 8:00pm – Spencer Theater, Ruidoso
Comedian Vicki Lawrence reprises her role as "Mama" Thelma Harper from The Carol Burnett Show and Mama's Family. This multi-media stand up comedy production stars Lawrence in the first half and the support-hose-wearing, sassy senior citizen Mama in the second half. Aug 23 & 24 – The Bellamy Brothers
8:00pm – Spencer Theater, Ruidoso
Best known for their easy rolling 70's southern soft rock classic "Let Your Love Flow," the Bellamy Brothers are the most successful duo in country music history, consistently climbing into the upper reaches of the Billboard country charts. Aug 24 – Le Chat Lunatique
8:00pm – St. Clair Winery & Bistro, Las Cruces

Sept 1 – The Lovin' Spoonful

The Lovin' Spoonful are 60's chart-toppers who combined the best of folk music and rock and roll with a touch of country to make tunefully sweet songs with staying power including hits like "Do You Believe in Magic" and "Summer in the City." Sept 7 – GIGANT3S

Sep 20 – Jason Coleman

Sept 25 – Il Volo
7:30pm – Plaza Theatre, El Paso
Italian singing sensations Il Volo stop in El Paso during their North American headline tour. The trio of operatic pop tenors will sing numbers from their PBS Special "Il Volo Takes Flight" and their CD/DVD, "Il Volo Takes Flight – Live From The Detroit Opera House," which was released Feb. 28 on Geffen Records. Oct 6 – Roots & Boots

Oct 13 – Border Legends of El Paso

Oct 21 – Tap - The Show
2:30pm – Abraham Chavez Theatre, El Paso

Oct 27 – 3rd Annual Downtown Zombie Walk
6:00pm – Rio Grande Theatre, Las Cruces
Dress up like a zombie to participate or just come out for the show and watch as the living dead make their way through downtown Las Cruces in this popular local event.
