SABROSO - FISH & SEAFOOD CUISINE
While we are hundreds of miles away from any ocean, area restaurants have access to fresh seafood flown into El Paso several times per week. While many fish species are somewhat seasonal and not offered year-round, the two popular choices that are on most upscale menus are is salmon from the Pacific Northwest and Pacific tuna. Fresh frozen shellfish such as shrimp and king crabs are also readily available, and if your preference is live lobster, there are several restaurants that offer them at market pricing. Many restaurants offer the familiar Surf and Turf combination with seafood and meat paired together as an entree. |
