SABROSO - ITALIAN CUISINE
Surprisingly, El Paso is the home to a solid number of multi-generational Italian family restaurants. Over the years, elements of these original families branched out to open their own variations of Italian cuisine based on established family recipes. The same holds true to Las Cruces on a lesser degree. There are also several quality Italian restaurant chains that have offerings of traditional menu items from the classic dishes of lasagna and spaghetti with meat balls to the popular appetizers calamari and bruschetta. Wood fired New York style pizza has also made its way west and you'll find a number of very good pizzerias in the region. |
